Meet Our Founder:

Kawtar El Alaoui

Kawtar El Alaoui, LL.B, PCC is a multi-award-winning consultant, coach, facilitator, and speaker. Her work supports mission-driven leaders and organizations to become powerful change agents by bridging purpose, whole-brain leadership, and effective strategy while increasing well-being and flow within teams. 

Kawtar is a global expert in the fields of personal, organizational and systemic transformation. She brings to her work two decades of experience across a wide and complimentary range of disciplines spanning from law, to mediation, cross-cultural leadership, transformational coaching and purpose alignment, facilitation, diversity, equity and inclusion, and peace-driven advocacy. She has worked and collaborated with pioneers in the fields of policy, organizational change and social impact spanning from Asia, to North-Africa, the Middle-East, Europe and North-America. Her work has been featured in media sources globally, and her coaching has supported clients in successfully crafting and implementing large social impact and policy initiatives. Kawtar’s passion is to support purpose-driven leaders in creating meaningful, well-informed and grounded systemic change while improving their personal well-being and purpose alignment.

In addition to being the best-selling author of Unfolding Peace, 9 Leadership Principles to Create Cultures of Well-being Belonging & Peace, Kawtar is Faculty, Mentor and Assessor with Leadership that Works India, and on a trainer track with the Canadian Institute for Conflict Resolution. She is certified by the International Coaching Federation, a member of Barreau du Québec, and a mediator with the Canadian Institute for Conflict Resolution. 

Kawtar was awarded the Bronze Leader of the Year 2023 Award by Women Changing the World in London, UK. In 2020, she was voted Global Woman of the Year for her transformational education by The Global Institute for Evolutionary Women.
